Born on December 29th in Australia. He wanted to study law in England. He decided to study medicine, but did not obtain a doctoral degree. At the age of 37, he boarded the Britannic as a hospital employee and also travel to Greece to pick up his aunt. He survived the disaster but with only minor injuries. After the Tragedy he never boarded a ship again. After Britannic he served in London hospitals. He died in Bristol, 1946, 5th May (of lung cancer).
